The Alhambra Housing Element Update project was described on the About page, and is expected to take about a year from data analysis all the way through adoption and certification.
The Housing Element Update project will include lots of ways to get involved. In the beginning of the project, the project team will be sharing helpful information through this website, several City websites, newsletters, local newspapers, community events, and public meetings. We want to make sure you know what the project is about so you can share your ideas, concerns, and questions throughout.
Later, we will want to hear what you think about potential strategies and recommendations that will go in the Housing Element. We plan to conduct a survey and solicit information at community events and public meetings.
Participate in our community survey! Whether you live in Alhambra, want to live in Alhambra, work here, or are just curious about the project, we want to hear your thoughts.
Please share your experiences, concerns, and ideas as it relates to living here, moving here, building new housing, maintaining housing, or offering housing services and assistance to those in need via the survey links below.
Take the survey here! The survey will be available until March, 12, 2021.
¡Responda a la encuesta aquí! La encuesta estará disponible hasta el 12 de marzo de 2021.
This input will be used to inform the Housing Element as it is prepared. You will have more opportunities to provide feedback on the draft Housing Element when it is available for public review later this spring.
You can also email your thoughts, ideas, and feedback to HousingElement@CityofAlhambra.org.
